IN CRIMINAL CASES, WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:<\/h5>\n

  • Submit complaints to the Court of Justice against the decision not to prosecute<\/li>\n \t
  • Act quickly in the event of arrests by liaising with the relevant police inspector, public prosecutor or procurator-general<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Advise and be present at arraignments at the police station and at the public prosecutor’s office as well as at the office of the examining judge in criminal matters<\/li>\n \t
  • Advise in criminal cases and represent the suspect before the examining jugde and the cantonal judge<\/li>\n \t
  • Provide written recommendations in ongoing criminal trials<\/li>\n \t
  • Submit requests for release to the examining jugde and or to the Court of Justice<\/li>\n \t
  • Submit complaints against forfeiture and seizure of property<\/li>\n \t
  • Submit complaints against deprivation of the right to a driver’s license<\/li>\n \t
  • Present oral arguments to the cantonal judge in first instance and appeal to the Court of Justice in extradition cases<\/li>\n \t
  • Assist with requests for international mutual legal assistance<\/li>\n \t
  • Litigate in criminal interlocutory relief proceedings<\/li>\n \t
  • Submit request for pardon and compensation ex. Article 77 of the Code of Criminal Procedure<\/li>\n \t
